Chart notes
KEEWAYDIN was away alertly and vied for the lead on the outside under a hard hold, then gained a short lead two wide on the turn while still in hand, made a two wide bid off the bend and given one pop right handed by the three sixteenths, then switched to crop to the left hand and was flagged a few times inside the furlong grounds and then was ridden out to remain clear and prove best. VOLT stalked the early pace on the outside, moved up three wide on the turn under coaxing, then came four wide off the bend and ran on willingly to the wire to be clearly second best. ANTISOCIAL chased the early pace on the inside, fell back on the t urn, swung out five wide leaving the turn and was up for the show award. FORT NELSON vied for the lead on the inside, fell back leaving the turn, angled off the inside by the three sixteenths and weakened. DR. INSEL broke in the air at the start, then stumbled when came down, then was far back early, came seven wide off the bend and never factored.
