Chart notes
COPTER vied for the early lead, forwardly placed throughout, drove clear down the stretch and was kept to the task. SPARKIN raced within contention, came around the turn three wide, couldn't match strides with the winner, but was a clear second. HOSTILE AFLEET raced within striking distance, saved ground around the turn, made a late bid and got up for show. SAMURAI'S GRANDSON raced within contention, put forth an even effort and was outfinished for third. MUCHO MARVIN lacked early speed, came around the turn on the outside, moved up, but was no factor. SLITHER raced evenly near the back and was never a factor. WAR SONG brushed at the start, raced near the back and was never a threat. HOLY BAYOU brushed at the start, quickly went to the front, saved ground and tired. RECKLESS RANSOM always raced near the back, came around the turn on the outside and put forth a dull effort.
