Chart notes
JERIKO came away near the lead, asked right handed early, caught leader CANDY BLOOD approaching the gap, and pulled away under steady right handed urging. EMPRESSUM came away last but managed to keep his path at the start, got a wide path shortly thereafter, lightly asked approaching the gap, asked again to keep up with JERIKO passing the eighth pole, but was unable to match strides while comfortably being second best. EDBERG VERDE came away best while break out a path at the start, steered out a bit early and urged, had a head lead on EMPRESSUM for third, and kept on to hold on for third. CANDY BLOOD came away well, quickly had the lead in the first fifty yards, asked right handed early, asked again approaching the gap, overtaken at the gap, and began to shorten stride in the hundred and fifty yards. HOOKED N GONE came away a step behind the leaders at the start, asked left handed early, asked again passing the gap, kept to a hand ride the rest of the way, and narrowly missed fourth while drifting out a path. CATTAIL COVE came away clean, drifted in early, kept under a hand ride throughout and failed to make any headway throughout.
