WARRENS WORLD sent to assume early command, set a moderate pace while prompted heading to the half-mile marker, shook free into the turn, carved out moderate fractions while well handled to the quarter pole, met the bid of THUNDER OF ZION into upper stretch, dug in at the furlong marker and kept to task into the final sixteenth, held safely into deep stretch and edged away late. THUNDER OF ZION took back off of the moderate early pace, tracked between runners heading to the half-mile marker, well placed into the turn, stalked two to three wide at the quarter pole, asked for run into the stretch, chased WARRENS WORLD to mid-stretch, battled into the late stages, could not reel in the winner into deep stretch and held for second at the finish. QUIET CHARM prominent away from the start, chased the early pace from the inside, went up and prompted the pace inside of WARRENS WORLD nearing the half-mile pole, saved ground into the turn, lost position and chased the pace heading to the quarter marker, shifted out into the stretch and ran evenly to the furlong marker, closed well into the final sixteenth and just missed for second, while well clear for third. CHICKNFINGERFRIDAY settled off of the early pace while never far back, chased outside of rivals into the turn, went three to four wide nearing the quarter marker, outrun into the stretch and lacked a late response. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
