Chart notes
IKE'S GAMBLE made the early lead, set the pace along the inner rail, opened up turning for home and was kept under urging in the drive. CHEVY MAN , three wide the first turn, was kept outside horses down the backstretch, circled the far turn three wide and rallied. BLIND EYE , three wide the first turn, was four deep leaving the far turn and rallied mildly. STOW ON THE WOLD chased the winner around the turn and weakened through the stretch. HIGHWAYMAN raced in the two path between horses leaving the backstretch, stayed slightly off the on the far turn and in the stretch and finished willingly. FINAL OPPORTUNITY saved ground around the first turn and was never a factor. CHACHACHING was not a factor. HALLELUJAH HARRIS hugged the inner rail, chased the pace and gave way. TROPHY COLLECTOR , caught in close quarters leaving the starting gate, dropped back on the far turn and was eased.
