Chart notes
FRAC RIGHT broke sharp angling into the two path by the five eighths marker, opened up smartly midway around the bend, was moving comfortably in control by the furlong pole and was kept to the task late to hold safe for the front end score. FAIRWAY TO HEAVEN was brushed on the start to trail along the backside, began to lengthen stride shifting out three wide going around foes with a quarter mile from the finish, angled out full of run in the five path straightening out for the drive and got up at the wire to be second best. HIGHLAND LIFE travelled in mid-pack five deep early on, advanced outside by the half to sit three deep watching the top two, edged closer three wide around the bend, chased the winner but to no avail down the lane and just could not hold for the place share at the finish line. SECRET THREAT broke in to begin, stalked down the backstretch ahead of only one rival, started to mount a rally two wide on the outside with three furlongs to go, closed in sharply four wide at the quarter pole, could not sustain the run and stalled in the final furlong for a minor placing. ADELAIDE COURT had a good spot tracking the front pair between rivals in the beginning, kept tabs on the contesting duo while inside a rival throughout the turn, was scrubbed on three wide with runners on either side at the top of the stretch in range for a share but faded inside at the sixteenth pole. CYMBAL COURT broke in at the start, then hustled on the rail to force the pace inside down the back straight, was hard ridden midturn inside but was losing ground to rivals and had nothing left to offer wilting on the fence in upper stretch. OLYMPIC FENCER was in the mix early on between runners, stumbled when clipping the frontrunners heels inside the five eighths marker losing some position along the backside, backed away on the fence through the turn and was empty for the stretch drive. STEWARDS INQUIRY REGARDING #3 OLYMPIC FENCER AND #7 FRAC RIGHT AT THE FIVE FURLOMNG POLE RESULTED IN #7 FRAC RIGHT BEING DISQUALIFIED AND PLACED LAST FOR INTERFERENCE
