BIKINI MARTINI bumped with FLASH CADILLAC at the break, moved up from outside, jostled repeated with MY BUDDY BROOKS as that one tried to gain a clear path just outside HALO HONEY after the first furlong, vied for the lead outside the latter on the bend then slowly edged ahead the last eighth. HALO HONEY broke on top, moved clear after the first eighth, took the rail, floated off the inside some entering the turn, was challenged from outside, dueled gamely through the stretch but had to settle for second best. FLASH CADILLAC bumped with BIKINI MARTINI at the start, trailed, reached contention along the rail on the turn, fanned outside BIKINI MARTINI into the lane and failed to have a significant response. MY BUDDY BROOKS vied for the early lead from inside, did not stay with HALO HONEY with five furlongs left, angled out, jostled repeatedly with BIKINI MARTINI as she tried to come to HALFO HONEY again midway on the backstretch then yielded from between rivals with three furlongs to go.
