Chart notes
DYNAMIC SUN pressed the pace, forwardly placed throughout, made a bid down the home stretch and drove clear. SAM'S PROMISE sprinted to the front, drove clear, saved ground around the second turn, proved no match for the winner late, but was a clear second. TALK OF THE TOWN raced near the middle of the field, came around the turn wide, made a late outside gain, proved no match for the top two, but got up for show. BOBBY MERLOT raced within contention, saved ground, angled out down the home stretch and lacked a late bid. MOONOVERMONTGOMERY raced evenly near the back, made a mild bid, but was no factor. MUCHO MACHO CAM pressed the early pace, came around the final turn four wide and faded. LIVINGSTON lacked early speed, saved ground around the final turn and was never a threat. DOCE DE LA NOCHE raced near the middle of the pack in the beginning and faded. ROCKY BOY always raced near the back and showed little. CORKED lacked early speed and was outrun.
