Chart notes
HAP HOT sprinted to the front, drove clear, led throughout and was kept to the task. STRONG PROMISE raced within striking distance, made a bid around the second turn, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. LIKE THIS lacked early speed, racing five wide around the first turn, made a late outside bid and was a clear third. GOOD AND STOUT void of early speed, showed late interest, but was no factor. JOSH'S DREAM raced in the middle of the field, came around the final turn on the inside, checked, getting in tight quarters, made a bid and faded. LIFE IS A BANQUET pressed the pace and made a steady retreat. NO WHITE FLAGS raced within contention and dropped back. B MINOR always raced near the back, came around the final turn on the outside and was no threat.
