COPP was off a step slow, tracked forwardly two wide and between horses, vied for place in the three path entering the lane, got outkicked by an inner rival while chasing into the final furlong, regained place passing the sixteenth pole and held late. SUCCESSFUL UNION was off slow and steadied at the start, lacked speed two wide and between horses early on, tucked to the inside well back around the turn, swung out to the seven path entering upper stretch, exchanged brushes with an outer foe while picking up stride, then ran on to claim show in the final sixteenth and was denied reaching place. SPEECHLESS lacked speed three wide, dropped back to be near the rear with nine sixteenths to go, pursued two wide around the bend, floated eight wide into upper stretch, traded brushes with an inner rival and moved up mildly. MATH TUTOR stalked two wide, led passing the three furlong pole, cleared shortly after, held sway before meeting an inner challenge in the final furlong, proved no match approaching the sixteenth pole and yielded. KING OF ASHES broke a step slow and checked at the start, pursued from midpack in the three path and between horses around the turn, chased whlie tipping inwardly into the final furlong and lacked a bid. ARTHUR JR pursued from midpack in the four path, drifted to the five to six path into the lane, but lacked a rally and gave way. MASTER CONTROLLER stalked along the inside, but was shuffled back behind the tiring early leader turning for home, steadied when blocked behind foes entering the lane, altered out and failed to factor. COCKTAILSNKRINGLE tracked three wide, floated to the four path into the lane and faded between horses. HASTEN stumbled at the start, trailed along the inside into the turn and got outrun. CARCAR EXPRESS set the pace along the inside, got headed by an outer bidder at the three furlong pole and weakened turning for home.
