Chart notes
SCOOTER'S BOY raced near the back to the turn then went four wide to circle the field and took a clear lead going into the stretch, continued to pull away and prove best. JAMES'S MOONSHINE trailed the field to the turn while saving ground, moved up from the rail to mid turn then angled out to three wide in upper stretch to continue the bid to be second best. PREACHER raced off the pace to the turn then made a mild bid to move up but was no match for the winner and couldn't fend off the late closer but was best of the rest. WILD FIREMAKER stalked the pace from three wide then tipped out to four wide in upper stretch but lacked the late response. IMPASSIONED CLAIM broke well and raced four wide for the first furlong then tipped in to settled off the pace before the turn then dropped back through the turn, angled out to five wide in upper stretch and passed tired ones in the stretch. HERMISTON pressed the pace from two wide to mid turn where he took a brief lead to the quarter pole then gave way. PRINCE OF LUCK rushed up rail to take a pressured lead to mid turn before weakening and dropping back, jogged in.
