Chart notes
CASPER JUSTICE raced off the pace before going between horses near the quarter pole and engaging the leader near the eighth pole and drawing clear late. DANCE FOR RANSOM vied for the lead from two wide to the half mile maker and took the lead near the seven sixteenths but was caught near the eighth pole and gave way grudingly. OPTIMAL vied for the lead from three wide to the eighth pole and weakened. DOCS CARO CAT trailed the field to the nine sixteenths pole then made a four wide bid at the half mile marker and continued that bid while tipping out to five wide at the quarter pole and engaged the leaders but lacked the late response. GREY POINT rushed up to the lead from the inside to the half mile marker where he was headed but kept on before fading on the run. EL CAPRICHO was not a factor. WEALTH N HEALTH was always back.
