Chart notes
GOODBETTERBEST laid up close in the five path turning into the backstretch, was roused to bid in the four path passing the three-eighths mark, took command turning into the lane, drifted in on her left lead in the final sixteenth, but held safely. MARSHAMARSHAMARSHA tracked in the four path, was cued into the far turn, floated out to the seven path at the top of the stretch, and ran on to be second best. GOSSIPER stalked in the three path, was coaxed along to bid from the rail midway around the far turn but was outbid by the outer eventual winner, angled out to the five path at the top of the lane, and kept on for show. BEIRA chased in the two path, was driven into the far turn, but flattened in the stretch. WICKLOW GAL set the pace in the four path, but lost the lead between foes from the three path midway around the far turn, and faded. PUCKERED trailed in the four path and never threatened. CLOUD STORAGE raced off the pace in the four path but never menaced.
