Chart notes
HOLIDAY PAY stalked in the five path, bid in the four path passing the three-eighths pole, took the lead passing the quarter, swung from the six path into the lane, and drew clear. POWER HUMOR prompted the pace in the four path, took the lead in the three path after the half, was cued midway around the turn, lost the lead while in the four path at the top of the stretch but had enough to hold onto second. HAVILDAR rated in the six path, was coaxed along from the five path rounding the turn, floated out to the seven path at the top of the lane, and kept on. DOC AMSTER bobbled at the start, showed the way in the two path, but lost the lead after a half, and faded. TRAPPEZOID bumped with an outer foe at the start, tracked inside but was no factor. SCAR raced off the pace in the five path but never threatened on his left lead in the stretch. T B TWELVE ALWAYS bumped with an inner foe at the start, chased in the three path but never menaced.
