CHILD OF THE MOON (FR) saved ground on the first turn, was reserved off the pace, went around the far turn in the two then three path, came four wide into the stretch, rallied on the outside and closed strongly to get up in the final sixteenth and narrowly prevail. PREREQUISITE raced in the three path on the first turn, was rated on the outside, ranged up in the three path on the far turn, made a bid at the quarter-pole, took a short lead while asked for her best in upper stretch, led into the final sixteenth but was caught while clear for the place. TUFANI went around the first turn in the two path, was unhurried near the back, came under urging in the two then three path on the far turn, angled out in upper stretch and finished with good energy to just get the show. PAPILIO (IRE) was well placed just off the pace on the inside, drafted behind the leader on the far turn, waited behind horses in upper stretch, was asked with room along the rail near the furlong marker, chased to the finish and just missed the show. EDICT (ARG) bumped with a rival at the start, prompted the pace on the outside in the two path, was asked on the far turn, battled under a drive in upper stretch, dropped back into the final furlong and tired. SPIRIT AND GLORY (IRE) broke out and bumped with a foe then was hustled to the front, showed the way on the inside, was asked under pressure near the quarter-pole, lost the advantage in upper stretch, battled under a drive into the final furlong and weakened. THIRTY THOU KELVIN raced in the three path on the first turn, settled on the outside, went around the far turn in the three then four path, turned into the stretch in the five path and lacked the needed response. THREE PRIESTS (JPN) was pinched back between horses after the start, went three to four wide on the turns, came six wide into the stretch then moved further out and failed to threaten.
