Chart notes
GREAT VENEZUELA stalked the pace three wide, took over leaving the eighth pole and powered clear. SUPER FREAKY GIRL saved ground up close, tipped two wide in upper stretch and was up for the place between foes. EPONA'S HOPE set the pace along the rail, continued on the left lead in the lane and held well enough for the show. TIFFANY GOLD prompted the pace two wide, angled out in midstretch and lacked the needed rally. TRUMPETS failed to menace while racing two and three wide. DEFLECTION steadied early, raced three wide and never threatened. PERILOUS was outrun inside.
