Chart notes
REMYS GUNSMOKE contested the pace through the backstretch, took the nod past the quarter pole and dug in determinedly to hold on. JUBA BOUND gave chase, raced in the four path on the turn and closed steadily to take second the final stride while gaining on the winner. AIM FOR THE CORK gave chase, raced close in the three path on the turn but was outfinished in the duel through the stretch. AREYOUGONNAKISSME gave chase, raced off the rail into the turn, raced in the four path through the turn and finished well. TIMMY chased through the backstretch, raced in the four and five paths on the turn and finished well outside. GOLD FIBER was hustled along and took a slim lead nearing the three eighths pole, gave up the nod at the rail leaving the quarter pole, remained a close factor through the turn then flattened stride mid-stretch. SETTLEMENT DATE gave chase inside, rounded the turn near the rail then weakened mid-stretch. DE'S CASTLE saved ground while giving chase.
