Chart notes
JOLLY BOSS set the pace on the inside, kicked clear leaving the turn and then was kept to mild right handed crop pressure to prove much the best. J R JONE Z was bumped at the break, then tracked the early pace on the inside, cut the corner leaving the turn, then moved out by the furlong marker, could not gain on the winner while keeping on to be clearly second best. TOOLPUSHER was settled early three wide, advanced three to four wide on the turn, came five wide off the bend, then angled out farther by the furlong marker and was up for the show award late. UNIWINNER was allowed to settle early, two wide on the turn, then improved late on the inside. BETTER LUCK prompted the pace and made a two wide bid on the turn, came three wide off the bend and faded. KING COVEE was reserved early, three wide on the turn and came four wide into the lane but had no late kick. DESTIN'S RAINBOW tracked the pace three wide and came four wide into the lane and faded in the lane. MASAKADO was bumped at the break, reserved on the inside and lacked a rally.
