Chart notes
LADY WELLINGTON unhurried early, gained ground down the backside in a steady advance, rallied four wide on the turn to engage the pacesetter mid-stretch and was going away in the final sixteenth. BETTY'S SONG set a well rated pace on a clear lead to the quarter pole, responded willingly when challenged by the winner but was no match for that one and kept-on as second best. GRACIE DANCE was well placed saving ground along the fence and rallied mildly in the stretch to be along for the show. ITSABLINGTHING prompted the early pace down the backside, could not gain on the pacesetter losing ground on the turn and faded in the lane. CASTLE MAGIC slow early to be the trailer and made a steady gain passed tiring rivals coming home. LIVING IN STYLE chased the pace from mid-pack through the turn and lacked any closing response. WILDCAT DREAM was not a factor.
