CHLOE ROSE vied two wide for the lead, dueled on the turn, gained a short lead, edged away in midstretch and held well under urging. OLD HEAD stalked between rivals, chased on the turn, rallied between horses in the final furlong and closed well for second. ERIN'S ENTHUSIASM vied inside for the lead, dueled on the turn, dug in gamely inside in the stretch run and lost second late. BOCA ROYALTY stalked three wide, chased on the turn, came three wide into the lane and rallied mildly outside. MELODIA raced off the pace inside and closed belatedly on the rail. CABRA CHICA tracked on the inside, chased inside on the turn and lacked a response when asked. AWESOMENEWYEAR raced off the rail, off the pace and did not factor. OSCAR GAZE was outrun.
