JULIA'S PROMISE was reserved off the early pace, moved up five-wide nearing the quarter pole, took the lead inside the eighth pole and quickly drew clear. MARKED ACE set the pace under pressure while racing two-wide, was unable to resist the winner but held on well for second. SWAYING LASSIE disputed the pace while racing three-wide and finished well for third in a steady effort. FLAQUITA settled in the middle of the field, came two-wide entering the stretch but lacked the needed late response. MY YELLOWSTONE was allowed to settle while racing five-wide on the turn and went evenly. VEGUITA was off a step slow then allowed to settle, came six-wide into the stretch and improved his position. OAKLEY COURT was forwardly placed while racing three-wide and weakened. F S THUNDER RUN settled in the middle of the field while racing four-wide, steadied from between horses leaving the quarter pole, drifted out and failed to menace. QUICK TRACK showed brief speed along the inside and gave way. CASH UP prompted the early pace from along the inside and tired. FEARLESS YODA dropped back early and trailed.
