Chart notes
LONA LEE saved ground close to the early pace then rallied to the lead three wide nearing the quarter pole, ran clear past the pole, raced at the rail through the far turn and was steadily handled in the lane. SHEWONTTALKTOME raced off the rail the first turn then gave chase leaving the half mile pole and improved steadily, rounded the far turn off the rail but ultimately, had to settle for second best. STILL GRUMPY was bumped outward and into FRENCHIES GOLD leaving the gate then settled off the rail the first turn, gave chase leaving the half mile pole, rounded the far turn about the four path and flattened in the lane. The latter was bumped off stride leaving the gate then saved ground, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole, raced in the five path on the far turn and passed rivals. SEVEN NATTY PATTY came away a bit awkwardly then moved to the inside with the lead and rated the pace, came under pressure leaving the seven sixteenths pole and dueled at mostly even terms from that point, but dropped back at the rail at the quarter pole and weakened. RAN OUT OF TRAINER veered out and made contact with Still Grumpy leaving the gate then stalked off the rail, challenged toward the seven sixteenths pole and dueled at mostly even terms from that point, but gave up the lead toward the quarter, raced off the rail on the far turn and weakened. SYMPTOMATIC raced in the four path the first turn, moved to the outside into the backstretch and showed little response. CUT HIM LOOSE raced off the rail the first turn then eased out into the backstretch, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole but faded past the three eighths.
