CUPID'S RUNAWAY dueled outside of a rival in the two path, dismissed that one and was engaged on the outside, dueled, drifted out to the five path at the quarter pole and exchanged bumps down the stretch, winning under a steady drive. CIELO AZUL pressed the pace in the three path, bid at the three-eighths pole, dueled outside of the winner, was floated out to the six path at the quarter pole, then exchanged bumps with the winner down the stretch and just missed. DO YA WANNA DANCE stalked the pace in the four path with no late bid. RICH KINGDOM trailed, angled to the six path at the quarter pole and had no late bid. FLOWERPECKER led early inside before fading at the quarter pole. THE STEWARDS DISMISSED AN OBJECTION LODGED BY THE RIDER OF CIELO AZUL AGAINST THE WINNER CONCERNING INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH.
