Chart notes
MITHQAAL set the pace while racing two-wide, opened clear 3/8, responded when headed by MENTIROSA nearing the eighth pole and was fully extended to prevail narrowly in a stiff drive. MENTIROSA prompted MOITHQAAL early from along the inside, dropped back slightly on the turn, then came again along the inside to gain a slight lead nearing the eighth pole and then just missed in a game effort. ANOTHERFORBROOKS hopped slightly at the start, then was allowed to settle, moved up three-wide nearing the three-eighths pole, offered a bid entering the stretch and then flattened out late. PLEASE THE COURT was allowed to settle, swung out to be four-wide entering the stretch but lacked a rally. CLAVICHORD saved ground while being unhurried but failed to seriously threaten. ABSTRACT KAT was forwardly placed while racing three-wide, drifted out nearing the three-sixteenths pole and tired.
