Chart notes
DOGE OF VENICE raced in the middle of the pack while saving ground through the turn then made a strong rail bid in the final furlong to snatch the win and was up in the final jumps. PARLAY PETE sped away to a clear lead to set the pace and fended off the challenge from NOTACRY to deep stretch but was caught in the final jumps by DOGE OF VENICE to be denied. NOTACRY prompted the pace from two wide but couldn't catch PARLAY PETE and gave way grudgingly. WILD FIREMAKER was forwardly place from two wide to the three furlong marker then made a mild bid around the turn but was out finished late by late closing inside rival. VITALE raced in the middle of the pack from three wide to the quarter pole then tipped out to four wide in upper stretch but had flattened out. ENDALE ARCH raced off the pace from three wide and weakened. PRECEDENT raced in the middle of the pack and failed to menace. LEVEL trailed the field to the turn but remained back. ROUGE SUNSET was always back.
