Chart notes
PASCHAL MOON pressed the pace two wide, took over near the three-eighths pole and drew off under a drive. CADRON SETTLEMENT tracked the pace three wide, was no match for the winner but kept on to be clearly second best. FIRST TEAM chased the pace four wide, lacked the needed rally but held well enough for the show. SIXTEEN CIGARETTES broke slowly, raced off the pace three wide and never threatened. SUMMER STORM STRIC failed to menace while racing three wide. GRAND DANIEL had his head turned at the start, raced off the pace four wide and lacked a closing bid. SMOKIN BOW played no factor while racing two wide. AMBUSHED was outrun inside. BLUEJAY WAY set the pace along the rail and gave way near the three-eighths pole.
