Chart notes
HE'S ON FIRE rounded the opening turn in the three path, started his bid leaving the half mile pole and improved steadily from that point, raced in the three and four paths on the far turn, took the lead mid-stretch and drew away later yards. ARMY CADET settled off the rail the first turn, gave chase from the three eighths pole, raced close off the rail on the far turn and dueled through the stretch for second. MONCRIEF took over while angling to the inside and rated the pace, came under pressure leaving the five sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail and dug in from the head of the lane, but gave up the lead a sixteenth away and flattened in the final yards. CHICA CHUCK settled off the rail the first turn, gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole, raced in the three path on the far turn and ran evenly in the lane. INDULGE raced in the four path the opening turn, left the turn outside and picked up the chase from the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn about the five path and showed little in the lane. HERE COMES RUSTY settled inside on the first turn, gave chase nearing the seven sixteenths pole but showed little response. ROLL ON OUT rated close inside on the first turn, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole but weakened at the rail on the far turn.
