Chart notes
HEZA PRIORITY bobbled at the start, racing in the rear, moved up on the inside, steadied around the turn, blocked, split rivals and drove clear before the wire. CRANKSHAFT vied for the early lead, forwardly placed throughout, drove clear down the stretch, but proved no match for the winner late. SLITHER pressed the pace, steadied entering the turn, lacked running room, made a stretch bid and was outfinished for place. MILITARY BEARING void of early speed, saved ground around the turn, made a late rally and finished willingly. BROADWAY PETE raced in the middle of the field and put forth an even effort. HEY MADALYN CLAIRE showed early speed, close throughout and weakened down the stretch. HONOR MY SPEED raced within striking distance, came around the turn on the outside, faded and was no threat late.
