Chart notes
BACK TO OHIO set the pace from the inside under mild early pressure, repelled the challenge of the runner-up midway on the bend and pulled away through the lane under mild urging as much best. CITY SCENE pressed the pace to the three-eighths pole, rallied to take a brief lead midway on the turn, was no match for the winner who re-claimed the lead quickly while still in hand and finished willingly to be second best. SWEET UNIQUE tracked the leaders through the turn, was set to an early drive and closed mildly in the lane to be best of the rest. CROSSED UP raced mid-pack throughout and lacked a closing response finishing evenly. DOLCE MARIE broke awkwardly to drop back to trail down the backstretch and passed weaker rivals in the lane without impact. BOOGIE BOOGEE failed to menace going evenly while never posing a threat. DELIGHTFUL CAT raced in contention for the first quarter, dropped back on the turn and was not a factor.
