Chart notes
PEPPERMINT CANDY stalked the pace while three wide into the turn, was in a long drive then drew off in mid stretch, was kept to task in the end to hold sway. TWENTY TO PARK was pressing the pace while two wide into the turn, got carried out then rallied and was gaining ground in late stretch to be second best. BIG WAVE JAMES was settled inside on the backstretch, saved ground on the turn then made a bid in upper stretch, moved out to be three wide but was no menace in late stretch. ANCHOR LINE rallied five wide on the turn making a bid to mid stretch then flattened out in the drive. DICEY WAGER settled early then rallied four wide into the turn, was squeezed and dropped back in the middle of the turn and lacked a rally. RACHEL'S CAPER was unhurried early then failed to menace. PERLIANO showed good early speed while racing off the rail, bore out on the turn then faltered in the stretch drive.
