TOPPER'S CHIEFTESS broke awkwardly leaving the start and spotted the field to begin, allowed to settle in the early stages, advanced into the turn and tracked the decent pace between runners nearing the quarter pole, mounted a three wide bid into the stretch and came within range approaching the furlong grounds, was outkicked by the winner into the final sixteenth but stayed on in deep stretch and got up late for second. STYLISH DRESS forwardly placed away from the start, stalked the decent early pace inside of rivals heading to the half-mile pole, chased two wide and between runners along the turn, tipped three wide into upper stretch and took command at the three-sixteenths, was confronted at mid-stretch by PATSY MONTANA, battled that rival into the final sixteenth, could not keep pace with the winner into deep stretch, was overtaken late for second and was well clear of the rest for third. ACHROMATIC allowed to settle away from the start, gained ground two wide at the quarter pole, ran evenly to mid-stretch, needed more into the final sixteenth and passed tiring rivals late. RIVER OF AMBITION forwardly placed away from the start, tracked the decent early pace from between rivals, well placed approaching the turn, chased the pace four to five wide nearing the quarter pole, was outkicked into the stretch and weakened in the final stages. KEEPYOURPRANCEON was squeezed at the start and broke a bit slowly, lacked early speed, trailed into the turn, went four wide nearing the quarter pole, swung six wide into upper stretch, needed more into the final sixteenth and passed tiring rivals late. LADY WOLF broke alertly, vied for the early lead with GALWAY SHAWL then ceded the front to that rival, stalked outside of GALWAY SHAWL approaching the half-mile pole, chased the pace three to four wide into the turn, lost position into the stretch and faded late. GALWAY SHAWL showed good early speed leaving the start, assumed command and set a decent pace heading to the half-mile pole, showed the way into the turn and held a clear lead at the quarter pole, was overtaken into upper stretch, could not keep pace into the final stages and gave way. CONQUEST SECRET tracked the decent early pace from the second flight, chased three wide into the turn, lost position at the quarter marker and did not factor in the late stages.
