Chart notes

IMPOSSIBLE TASK showed good early foot led from the two path early, padded the margin a bit under coaxing on the far turn, asked right handed past the quarter pole, then remained clear to the wire under right handed encouragement and hand urging in the final fifty yards. GRANADA FLAVOR stalked the pace from inside, came under a ride when losing ground on the far turn, hugged the rail to the stretch, could not threaten the winner late but was able to pass DOS VICIOS for second. DOS VICIOS stalked the pace from the three path, remained off the rail through the far turn, chased within striking distance down the stretch but finished evenly late and lost second. TOM AND JAZZY stumbled leaving the gate but only lost half a step to the field, traveled three wide through the first turn, continued in the three path on the second bend, came up empty in the final furlong and was not persevered with late.
