Chart notes
SALTA vied for the lead three wide, drifted to the seven path after brief left handed urging in mid stretch, surged through the final stages under a strong hand ride and got up in time. CONSIDER ME pressed the pace two wide into the turn, made the lead before the five sixteenths maker, set the balance of the pace, drifted out to the six path late and was outkicked in the final strides. FLAWLESS CAT never far back while racing outside, improved position late in the eight path. CAPTURE MI set the early pace along the inside. kept on until deep stretch then faded. EL BANDIDO passed tiring rivals. ON HIS TOES was no factor. FIRST CROWNED was no threat. KOLTEN'S PRIDE had speed from the gate, dropped to the rail nearing the turn then gave way before the quarter pole.
