Chart notes
KLAATU stalked the pace into the stretch, responded five wide under right handed urging and was along in time. MASON A. P. was in tight between rivals midway on the clubhouse turn causing his rider to check, prompted the pace two wide into the far turn, made the lead, widened into the stretch, set the balance of the pace then couldn't handle the winner in the final strides. MONSTER HUNTER slow early, found his best stride late outside rivals. GAMBLER never far back, offered a strong bid along the rail into the stretch then leveled off. OPEN OUT failed to menace. NOBLE BEHAVIOR rushed to the lead four then three wide on the first turn, set the pace into the far turn then weakened readily. ONEMORANDTHECHECK was no factor. LEXATOGA was outrun. FISHING FOR FUN was through after a half and steadied nearing the quarter pole. IT'S FATE was through early.
