Chart notes
NAVY RULES moved close up inside, was in tight briefly at the top of the stretch, rallied and was just up in a tight finish. REBEL EMPIRE prompted the pace outside, edged to the front in the stretch, bid clear but was nailed at the wire. THIS RUN'S FOR YOU rated wide, continued four wide on the turn and finished willingly. GEEBERT lagged far behind, swung wide in the stretch and closed well too late. REJECTED AGAIN chased between rivals on the turn then flattened out in the stretch. ROCK ON LUKE set the pace along the inside, was collared into the stretch and faded. CHICO CHARLIE raced close up wide down the backstretch and stopped. A claim of foul by the rider of REJECTED AGAIN against the rider of THIS RUN'S FOR YOU for alleged interference in the stretch was quickly dismissed.
