Chart notes
VOODOO DEVIL pressured the pace and raced close off the rail into the turn, dueled to even terms entering the stretch, ran clear past the sixteenth pole and extended his lead later yards. BRD COMPUTING was hustled to the lead past the half mile pole and set a pressured pace, met the winner nearest the rail entering the stretch then dropped back with a sixteenth to go and settled for second best. CHAPIN ELEVEN gave chase, raced at the rail on the turn and flattened in the lane. CALL ME KAT veered out leaving the gate then gave chase, rounded the turn about the three path and flattened in the lane. WHISKEY AND WINE gave chase, raced at the rail on the turn and showed little in the lane. BAYTOWN ADMIRAL had a brief clear early lead then gave chase, but faded past the five sixteenths pole and raced in the five path on the turn. SOGNO FANTASTICO was forced out at the break then gave chase, steadied lightly in the vicinity of the five sixteenths pole and saved ground on the turn.
