Chart notes
CITIZEN MACK was rated along on the inside, advanced on the turn and moved out nearing the quarter pole, came five wide into the lane and made a bid and drew away in the final furlong to prove best, driving. KEEP DEM TALKING tracked the pace three wide and made a three wide bid by the quarter pole, came four wide off the bend and vied for command, between rivals by the furlong marker and then could not match strides with the winner while being second best. RAGING BEAR vied for the early lead two wide, made a bid to draw clear entering the turn and then was headed leaving the turn and weakened in the final furlong, stayed on for the show. SCAMP WALKER broke awkwardly at the start, reserved early, advanced on the inside on the turn, then improved position late on the inside. EMPTY MY POUCH was allowed to settle early, three wide on the turn and had no rally. SPELLED WELL vied for the early lead on the inside and then chased the pace on the turn and weakened. CODE ENFORCER was reserved early and was not a factor.
