TEQUILAANDTHERAPY settled in hand off of the inside, commenced her advance between rivals on the turn, split foes entering the stretch, forged a clear lead nearing the furlong marker, then was fully extended to keep the fast closing GRATEFUL MY LOVE at bay. GRATEFUL MY LOVE in hand removed from the inside, took closer order through the turn, was bottled up in traffic leaving the quarter pole, shifted out bumping PAVEL IS APPEALING to create a seam, quickened once uncovered and was getting to the winner with every stride. IN THE AIR TONIGHT was allowed to settle, worked her way forward between rivals on the turn, followed the winner through into the stretch, loomed a danger but wasn't quite good enough. PAVEL IS APPEALING attended the pace four wide, was bumped and forced further out leaving the turn when GRATEFUL MY LOVE jammed through, was within striking distance but flattened in the final furlong. RIZZLEBERRY ROSE dueled along the inside, disputed the pace to the stretch and gave way. THIRSTY MAMA tracked the dueling leaders off of the inside, mounted her bid three deep leaving the turn but failed to sustain the drive. WE THE FREE dueled outside through the turn, but faltered between horses and faded. RENATUS broke in a tangle nearly unseating her jockey and never recovered.
