GALERIO pressed the pace, took the lead around the final turn, drove clear down the lane and held on well for the win. BIG ROJO pressed the pace, saved ground around the final turn, made a late rail bid and finished willingly. AMERICAIN JOEY lacked early speed, had an outside trip, made a late bid, proved no match for the top two, but got up for third. EGO void of early speed, showed late interest and was outfinished for third. SPECIAL MOMENT always near back and showed little. IL CAPITANO went to the front, drove clear and faded. TWO WORLDS raced in the middle of the field and dropped back.
