Chart notes
AMERICAN SPEED set the pace in the three path, waited confidently in the two path rounding the far turn, was roused turning into the stretch, drew clear in upper stretch, and held sway. LIGHTS OF BROADWAY stalked in the three path, was coaxed passing the three-eighths mark, and chased home the winner to be second best. CHROME GHOST got keen in the three path going into the first turn, rated in the four path down the backstretch, was driven from the three path into the far turn, swung out to the seven path at the top of the lane, drifted in and bumped with an inner foe just before the sixteenth, but kept on to be third best. TIZ THE BOMB tracked in the two path, was ridden along the inside around the far turn, floated out to the five path at the top of the stretch, bumped with an outer foe passing the sixteenth, and was one paced. ROCK THE STARS trailed in the two path but never threatened. BATI KING chased in the four path but never menaced.
