Chart notes
TOTELLYOUTHETRUTH stalked the pace from the rail to midway on the turn, angled out three wide to take command at the quarter pole, opened a lead in upper stretch while drifing out down the lane and prevailed at the wire holding off fhe runner-up late. UPTOWN rated in mid-pack along the outside to the turn, rallied five wide on the bend to loom turning for home, continued a steady grinding rally on the outside while being carried out by the winner down the lane and failed to get passed. OKLAHOMA JOE set a pressured pace through the turn, responded when cahllenged nearing the quarter pole nad kept-on willingly in the lane. IT'SGOODTOBESEEN tracked the leaders down the backstretch, lost position on the turn, angled in for the drive and mounted a mild bid in the lane. BISCUITS AND GRITS was bumped by outside rival leaving the gate, raced at the back of the main body into the turn, swung six wide to mount a brief rallly on the bend and flattened out turning for home. QUIET AMIGO pressed the pace showing speed for a half mile and faded in the stretch. DERBY INCLUDED failed to menace. RUMBLE STRIP RON bobbled at the start, then bumped inside rival when off balance, dropped to back of the field to be the distant trailer and was never a factor from there.
