Chart notes
BODIE GOT GOLD saved ground stalkng the pace, angled out to be three-wide nearing the three-sixteenths pole and then finished strongly to be up in the final sixteenth to win going away. ROLL PENNY ROLL prompted I'MAGAMBLER while two-wide, took the lead from that one between calls inside the eighth pole but was unable to resist the winner in a game try. I'MAGAMBLER saved ground setting the pressured pace, responded when asked and held on fairly well for third. JET N G was forwardly placed while racing three-wide, came four-wide into the stretch and lacked a rally. MCTHANKS was allowed to settle, rallied five-wide into the stretch and failed to seriously threaten. LUCK IN MY EYES raced three-wide while being unhurried, came six-wide into the stretch and was not a factor.
