Chart notes
CAPRICE lacked speed, well off the rail around the turn, eased out to the four path entering the stretch, closed determinedly outside rivals and was up near the finish. GREAT ANDREI , reluctant to load into the starting gate, chased the pace outside DAZE, overtook that one in upper stretch, went clear in mid stretch then gave way grudgingly. BEYOND BELIEF , in the three path entering the turn, chased the pace and gained late in a willing effort. NOT TOO LATE saved ground around the turn, remained along the rail in the stretch until taken outside for racing room near the sixteenth pole, remained on her left lead and gained late. DAZE accelerated to the early lead, hugged the rail setting the pace, lost the advantage in upper stretch and weakened the final furlong. POWER DRIVER , very wide in the stretch, was outrun. OLIVIERA broke awkwardly and hit the outside of her starting gate stall, chased the pace outside horses around the turn and gave way.
