Chart notes
WATCH THE COAST bumped at the start, vied for the early lead, drove clear around the final turn and was kept to the task. VELOCIDAD pressed the pace, forwardly placed throughout, proved no match for the winner, but held off a late challenge by ICETECA for second place. ICETECA lacked early speed, had an outside trip, made a wide bid and missed second. MY UNCLE BILLY void of early speed, showed late interest, but was no factor. ASTRONEER raced within striking distance, came around the final turn on the outside, angled in and faded on the rail. WHATDIDWEDO broke in, bumped rival and raced evenly near the back. CHIEF HARLAN lacked early speed, moved up to the middle of the pack, came around the second turn on the outside and faded. BRANDON'S BEST raced within contention, saved ground around the final turn and dropped back. MALIBU MONEY challenged on the front end, took a bad step around the first turn, was pulled up and vanned off.
