MY HANDSOME MAN veered outward and into CHICA CHUCK leaving the gate, left the turn outside and bid past the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn about the four path then angled to the outside entering the stretch and finished evenly to take third late yards. The latter was bumped then pinched back at the break, raced in the four path the first turn and picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole, raced in the three path on the far turn and ran evenly in the lane. PRINCE OF PORTLAND saved ground on the first turn, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn near the rail and ran evenly in the lane. DUBLSHOTOFCOURAGE rated close inside on the first turn, picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole but faded at the rail on the far turn. HE ROLLS angled to the inside and set the early pace, was met toward the three eighths pole, dropped back approaching the five sixteenths and weakened leaving the far turn. BURTON WAY was forced in early, raced in the three path the first turn then gave chase past the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn in the four and five paths and weakened in the lane. THE GREAT GAZOO ducked in and made contact with Chica Chuck leaving the gate, rounded the opening turn about the six path and showed little response through the backstretch.
