Chart notes
MIDNIGHT CONCERTO got bumped at the start by SPOOKY LADY due to pressure from TOUR JETE and in turn bumped MUNNY GRAB, saved ground at the tail of the field, came under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, angled out five wide into upper stretch, rallied through the final furlong and was just up to score on the wire. MUNNY GRAB got bumped at the start by MIDNIGHT CONCERTO in a chain of bumps begun by TOUR JETE, raced three wide through the first turn advancing to settle three wide in aim of the leader down the backstretch, remained on hold until placed to urging near the quarter pole, swung four wide into upper stretch, rallied to take command a furlong out, dug in under threat from a pair and was nailed on the line. SNOWY EVENING just off the inside tracking from just off the pace, came under coaxing at the three-eighths, angled four wide into upper stretch, rallied between foes through the final sixteenth and missed at the finish. TOUR JETE broke out at the start beginning a chain of bumps out through MUNNY GRAB, chased along the inside coming under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and kept on through to the finish. BERNT AGAIN coaxed from the start, chased just off the inside coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, angled four wide into upper stretch, weakened in the late stages. SPOOKY LADY got bumped at the start by TOUR JETE and in turn bumped MIDNIGHT CONCERTO, showed the way in hand along the inside, got set down spinning three wide into upper stretch, dug in under threat and was collared near the eighth pole, then weakened in the late stages.
