Chart notes
GASLIGHT DANCER was urged along on the outside, went around the turn in the four path, turned into upper stretch in the eighth path, moved out some more while rallying on the outside before the furlong marker and closed strongly to get up in the final sixteenth and prevail. LIVE HIGH LIVE LOW bumped with a rival at the start, was urged along off the pace, went three wide on the turn, rallied to make a bid outside the sixteenth-pole, fought with the winner late and missed while clear for the place. BOAT'S A ROCKIN showed speed on the outside then moved clear before the half-mile pole, was challenged while in the two path on the turn, came out to the four path into the stretch then drifted out more, led until near the sixteenth-pole then was overtaken while just able to get the show. FLUID SITUATION bumped with a rival and was last away, raced on the outside under urging, went around the turn in the four path, came out to the six path into upper stretch, moved out while chasing near the furlong marker and was out-kicked then just missed the show. BARZINI broke in and bumped with a rival, was urged along off the pace, moved from the rail to the two path early on the turn, swung out to the seven path into upper stretch, shifted out some more before the furlong marker and lacked the needed kick. SEAVER bumped with a foe at the start, was urged along near the back, rounded the turn in the two path, came into upper stretch in the six path and lacked the needed response. BIZ BIZ BUZZ bumped with an opponent at the start, was urged along off the pace, went around the turn in the two path, moved into a reasonable striking range in upper stretch but came up empty. DR OSERAN chased the pace on the outside, made a bid near the seven-sixteenths pole, vied in the three path on the turn, was carried into the five path entering upper stretch and tired. CHARGING was hustled from the gate, showed speed then chased the pace, saved ground on the turn and faltered.
