Chart notes
FLOWER CAT pressed the pace, came around the turn three wide, dueled down the stretch and proved the best. COPTER dueled on the front end, being challenged by CHARCO, took command around the turn, drove clear, but couldn't prevent FLOWER CAT from getting by at the wire. ALTERANA raced near the back in the early going, came around the turn on the outside, entered the stretch wide, made a bid and proved no match for the top two. ASTROLOGYSPROTEGE raced within striking distance, saved ground around the turn, eased back and finished evenly. CHAD'S FLASH void of early speed and was never a threat. CHARCO dueled on the front end, saved ground and finished early. DOUBLE BARREL MAN trailed throughout and was never a factor.
