ESPERON set a clear pace in the two path and held firm under a steady drive. HURRICANE NELSON raced off the pace in the two path, rallied inside and was gaining well late. ASHER'S EDGE hit the starting gate then bumped with AWESOME CRUSADER, raced off the pace four wide and finished well. DROPKICK MURPHY chased the pace four wide and was one-paced through the lane. SPEED FIGURES prompted the winner in the three path and weakened through the final furlong. DAVID'S SONGS failed to menace while racing two wide. AWESOME CRUSADER bumped at the start and trailed inside.
