Chart notes
BROTHER BRAD prompted the pace outside SAGRADA RAY down the backstretch and around the far turn, was fanned to the four path by that one in upper stretch, took the lead near the eighth pole then dug in tenaciously under brisk urging. HORNBEAM lacked speed, stayed outside horses down the backstretch, circled the far turn four wide, floated to the six path in upper stretch and rallied outside rivals. TWO BY TWO , steadied in close quarters along the inner rail near the five and a half furlongs pole, was in hand waiting for room along the rail mid way on the far turn, was taken to the three path in upper stretch and rallied between horses. SAGRADA RAY set the pace near the inner rail, drifted to the three path in upper stretch and gave way. IN THE DANCE raced in the three path the first turn, moved up in the two path between horses the far turn, found room inside rivals and advanced to the eighth pole then flattened out. YODEL E. A. WHO , four deep the first turn, drifted in on TWO BY TWO near the five and a half furlongs pole, failed to menace and passed tired horses. RHUMJAR , three wide both turns, chased the pace, was floated to the five path in upper stretch and weakened. WALK AWAY JOE stayed along the inner rail stalking the pace to the stretch and weakened.
